Let me begin by saying I am a nurse with crazy hours! It’s difficult to find a home while working 16 hr. days. It's even more difficult to find a realtor willing to work around a crazy schedule. That said, I can't express enough, how important it was to us that Christina Sabolchick of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hodrick Realty – Danville was able to accommodate our needs during the hours we had available. She was at the ready whenever we had a question. I mean, she was ALWAYS there. I could message her at 1am with questions, and she would respond immediately. Her dedication to the process did not stop after the offer was made and accepted. She was with us from the first time we viewed the home until we signed the papers at close. She helped navigate every step of the way. Post appraisal, I was presented with an ~ 80+ page document of confusion with no time to decipher it. I contacted Christina who quickly read through it and explained what we needed to know. Thank God for her! Every piece of the experience was Quick and easy; not a minute of our time went to waste. Simply Awesome!! Thank you for making this such a wonderful beginning for us in Sunbury!
