Transitioning to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hodrick Realty in 2017, Bob's legacy endures. His journey began as an educator and wrestling coach, shifting to part-time real estate in '69. He founded Fleck Agency, later a Coldwell Banker franchise, while simultaneously managing an insurance agency.
A Bloomsburg University graduate, Bob's teaching tenure spanned 13 years before diving into real estate full-time. His credentials include being one of PA's first Certified Residential Appraisers and acquiring a CDEI certification in 2010, enabling him to instruct pre-licensing and Continuing Education Courses nationwide.
Beyond professional pursuits, Bob's civic contributions as Chamber of Commerce President, Kiwanis Club President, and various board roles highlight his dedication to community development.
