Jodi Niver

Following 25 years of teaching in the public school system, I decided it was time to apply my knowledge and love of North Central Pennsylvania in helping people find their 1st home and even their home away from home. Although the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hodrick Realty office is located in Williamsport, I have lived in Tioga County, PA for 28 years. Additionally, I grew up in McKean County and worked 5 years in Potter County, so I have vast experience and knowledge of our region.

Over the past 3 years, I have aided clients in renting, purchasing or selling over 60 homes in Tioga, Potter, McKean and Bradford Counties. Although I have recently transitioned brokerages, I come with great experience and am highly ranked in Customer Service having earned awards over the course of my real estate career. You won't find anyone else with a passion for serving the needs and desires of her clients.

As with any career, in order to do my best work, I do like to take time for me. You can find me hiking the surrounding hills and trails, traveling, attending many of the area concerts and events, and participating in activities at Christ Church Wellsboro. My unique travel accomplishment is I have touched all but 6 US states. When the weather makes it hard to get outside, I love to knit, read, and spend time with family and friends. I used to love puzzles, but my cats tend to steal the pieces.
