Ronda Brill

I started in real estate in the fall of 2016 so I will be entering my 9th year of being a real estate agent this year. Prior to that I had the privilege of being a stay at home mom to my three children and prior to that I taught kindergarten for 4 years in a private school in California, so I've had many years of practice with hand holding, guidance and patience with new and sometimes difficult learning experiences for others. :). I started in real estate once my children were all in school and have since had the pleasure of helping 387 business owners, couples, singles, families, investors, and renters with their real estate transactions to a total of over $71 million dollars worth of real estate to date. I have finally found in this last decade of my life what I want to do when I grow up -- be the best realtor I can be. I have loved being a part of helping people make their dreams come true. Your home is in many ways a part of you and your family. You spend special occasions and holidays there. You grieve, you celebrate, you win, you relax. You have your babies and you invite your parents and your friends to join you in your life in these sacred spaces. It's often not just real estate. It's a part of your life's experience. What a gift it's been to me in so many ways.

Beyond selling real estate, the bond I've been able to form with my clients has been one of my favorite things about this position. I'm also very involved in my church in Mill Hall, PA. I sing and lead the music there most Sundays and have developed an amazing support system there. I'm also involved in a local radio station in my town where you can often hear me talk about community activities and local events as well as playing some of my favorite country music. I love to sing -- I grew up in a very musical family and when I'm not selling real estate (and even when I am) I'm known to break out into song. You can often find me singing in many of our local restaurants and establishments as the local entertainment of the evening and that's been a great joy of mine, as well as singing in my church every Sunday that I'm able to be there. I'm thankful to have an outlet that I enjoy that brings happiness not only to me but also to others around me.

I'm not originally from Wellsboro but I've lived there longer than any other town I ever resided in, so I've adopted it now as my second hometown. I love the sense of community and small town values and connectedness living there affords. I'm thankful to live in a town where people know me and know that when they need a great real estate agent, friend, a laugh, or to sing them a song -- I'm your girl. :)

I've been very thankful to have had such a successful career in real estate so far. I look forward to our further education classes and conventions every year. I have my buyer's and seller's accreditation designations (ABR & SRS) to better help my clients with their real estate needs. I've started taking some broker's classes as well so I can make sure I'm as knowledgeable as possible to best serve my clients. I look forward to what this new year will bring in this business.
