Why did you decide to sell?

We decided to sell in Selinsgrove, PA because the neighborhood we were living in was near a ballpark and it was just really noisy. We also felt like the neighborhood aesthetics had deteriorated over the years and it was making us feel really sad. We ended up buying in Northumberland, PA and it is such a nice area. It's a very quiet, friendly place and we're really happy there!

   

 

How did Tracy prepare your home to sell and how do you feel she marketed your home?

She explained the financial aspect upfront so we knew what to expect - such as the capital gains tax. We really felt prepared because she took the time to explain it all to us. She also advised us on a pricing strategy that ultimately gave us the outcome we were looking for. She was thorough and truthful throughout the entire process.

The pictures were excellent and the listing description was perfect. She really showcased our home well with her words and photos. She also took the time to tell us what tweaks would make the home more pleasing to buyers and we really appreciated that.

Were there stressful moments or things you were concerned about in the process?

 Yes, we had some instances where buyers were requesting for so much to be done on our end but wanting to pay less for the property. Tracy handled it all very well and helped relieve us of the stress of it all. It's really important to have someone who is constantly advocating for you in those types of situations.
