Vince Nance

My name is Vince Nance, and I am proud to serve buyers and sellers throughout the Wellsboro area and surrounding communities. My interest in real estate grew from my own experiences purchasing both investment land and a home through Berkshire Hathaway

HomeServices Hodrick Realty, where I was inspired by the professionalism and service I received.

Before entering real estate, I spent seven years in retail sales leadership, building strong communication and customer service skills. I am also a military veteran, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and owner of a local grappling gym.

I enjoy hunting, fishing, traveling, and meeting new people, and I believe every property has a unique story. Whether you are buying, selling, or investing, I am committed to providing honest guidance and dedicated service while helping you achieve your real estate goals.
