After we complete a market analysis, the next step is to talk about the value of your home. In this discussion (either by video call or phone) we'll discuss what we think you could sell your home for, and make a plan to bring it to market.

Photography

At this stage, we'll discuss the options to photograph your home. At the end of the day, what matters most is making sure you're comfortable and confident with every decision you make.
